Paul Bidawid has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including roles in sales, sales management, marketing, operations, supply chain, trade and managed markets. His experience spans large and small pharmaceutical companies, having held positions of increasing responsibility with Bristol Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca, Sanofi and ProStrakan (a Kyowa Hakko Kirin company). He has extensive knowledge across the entire US managed markets landscape including health plans, employers, PBMs, federal and state government entities and integrated delivery systems. Paul applies his depth of experience and multiple points-of-view to help clients develop strategies to best demonstrate value that aligns to the business interests of these various stakeholders.
Paul has had leadership roles in multiple drug launches including Nexium, Crestor, Symbicort, Ambien CR, Sancuso and Abstral. In his previous role prior to joining Parallax, Paul built and oversaw the managed markets and supply chain functions for ProStrakan in the US, where he established and led company capabilities for pricing, reimbursement, payer account management, sales operations support, and product distribution to launch two products and enable day-to-day business operations. In previous work, Paul integrated multiple existing data sources into an innovative account-based forecasting system to optimize business performance, resource allocation and contracting decision making.
